I took a chance since there were no previous reviews, but I am very pleased with the product. It fit my Sony MP3 player perfectly, and I was concerned since my MP3 player is several years old. It plugs directly into the cigarette lighter and can be charging at the same time it is playing. The quality of the sound is amazing, just like listening to a CD or radio station. I am very pleased !!!!!

I love this product. I have a 2003 model vehicle, so no auxilary inputs. This product solves the issue of being able to listen to my MP3 player in my car. It provides excellent sound quality. Every once in a while I pick up a little static, but it ends as soon as I travel just a short distance from whatever was causing the inteference. The only negative I would say is that if you try to charge your player while listening it inteferes with the signal so you can't chrge and listen at the same time. I would highly recommend this product as the solution to car owners who do not have any auxilary inputs in their transportation and want to listen to their players.

If you are looking for a device that enables you to listen to your MP3 player through your car's stereo system, this is NOT the item you want. Reception is horrible. Everything is drowned out by static. As a battery charger, it works very well, but that's it! I only selected this item after comparing it to others via previous reviews.....who knew all those positive reviews could be so wrong? This is the worst purchase of the year for me!!
