What can you say...It's as advertised. Plug in five easy steps, and off you go! Easy instructions. I don't know about three hours. I put a dead marine battery on charge and in the morning it was charged. Approximately twelve hours. I waiting to try the rejuvenation function. great product so far.This is by far an awesome product it charges and reconditions my marine battries in no time.
