my OEM RBC17 has the large size connectors & the battery sent to me has small ones & also plastic over the tiny one on the black wire. This battery will not fit my APC

It's a UPS battery. It goes in a UPS box and you don't see it again until you change it in a couple of years. It does the same thing and meets the same standards as higher-priced options.

Item was delivered promptly from a US address. Battery case is solid, sealed, well constructed, conforms with standard dimensions (it fits in the UPS box), and has universal terminals (came with small spade and adapter to standard spade terminals). You can even read the writing on the side of the case leaving the clear impression it could have been manufactured in the US (by Americans who might otherwise be looking for a job).

I purchased the battery on March 16, 2012 and it died 6 months later. I have tried reaching the company many times and they will not return my calls or emails. I would not recommend this company or batteries they sell.
