I bought this charger for my new Evo 4G. It appeared to work fine when I first plugged it in. The yellow light on the phone came on indicating it was charging. As I continued to drive, the yellow light would go off for a minute or two and then come back on. By the time I completed my 200 mile trip, the yellow light would not come on at all. My mechanic said that some of the chargers will not accept 13-14 volts that alternators send to the car battery. He believes the charger was either defective or a poor design. I have since bought a more expensive car charger from Sprint, and it seems to work fine. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Just received mine today. It shipped fairly quick, ordered it on a Saturday and received it via mail in 4 days. I tested it right away in my car and had no problem with the charging. The blue LED light is nice to have so i know when its actually plugged in and getting power. The retractable cord is about 3' long and you can hit the button on the charger to make it retract...It clicks into position every couple inches you pull it. I will add an update if i have any problems in the near future with extended use. For now the product works well and is at a great price!!!

I purchased this product it arrived and did not work. I received 2 e-mails from the seller claiming an attempt to rectify the matter. Each e-mail requested a phone number where I may be reached and I gave a number where I could be reached both time and have yet to hear from the seller or received any update via e-mail, phone, or U.S Postal mail. SMH

This product does not work for the HTC evo. It charges for about 5 minutes then stops charging. You have to keep unplugging and plugging back in to get it to keep charging. Buy some other charger for the HTC evo. There are cheap ones that work.
