I should have followed what another customer wrote and NOT made this purchase. Even turning the Zen off, the wall charger turns it back on and goes all over the led readouts and then eventually freezes, so that you must do a reset! There is something inside the wall charger that does not agree with the Zen! Don't buy this....you will regret it! And then, the vendor/seller makes you pay your own shipping to return the accessories bundle to him!!!!! Amazing!

The car charger and usb cable work fine. The wall charger makes the zen act up while its charging, It's as if random commands are being sent through the charger to the zen. It was deleting songs and playlists. The replacement they sent did the same. I had to buy the very expensive wall charger made by Creative, which worked fine.

yeah, we all have plenty of cords and chargers, but having the right one handy for your unit is never a bad idea
