my unit was missing the screws, so i had to make an extra run to the hardware store, but the unit works. it charges when the trailer has 110v and 12v power. i jacked up both sides of the trailer, spun the wheels, and pulled out the pin. the wheels stopped spinning quickly as the unit engaged the electric trailer brakes.

No complaints about this unit. Easily installed on a 1993 Big Tex 14' tandem axle and works great. LED monitor comes in handy and clearly shows charging status.
