The Plug is very strong and with the wide head it is easy to insert and remove, The lighted head helps a lot.

I like the boom style, however it falls off my ear for no reason, maybe my ears aren't big enough? The ear bud should help hold it tight to the ear but does not, this is my first boom style bluetooth device, maybe it's as good as it gets. Otherwise it works well, good sound, my conversations are clear etc...

Charger performed better than expected lights are not over bearing and distracting. Able to charge and provide ongoing charge to device and not burn up the battery.
