Totes Emergency Cell Phone Charger - No Batteries Required Review
I bought it for $9. It feels durable. It's very bright completely charged. The LED plastic protector may get scratches if use it outdoors frequently, since it's oval, not flat. Not water proof. Charges cellphones very well. Very satisfied.
