The product worked for ~2 years, so I did get my bang for the buck! After that, my HTC Droid Incredible started rejecting the charger, giving me a message that it was the wrong charger, and that continuing to use it will damage the phone! Also, I agree with some of the reviewers that the cord is very thin, so it has to be carefully handled.

I've had this product for about two weeks and I've used it about 5-6 times. I love it so far! I like that it's retractable for easy clean-up after charging...and because of that you can adjust how much cord is hanging around in your car. Very convenient when driving!

OK, I paid next to nothing for this charger because I am a cheap S.O.B. (and I don't charge in the car very often) but I got exactly what I paid for. This thing will NOT charge your HTC Incredible phone. Even with the phone completely turned off it can't manage to muster enough power to give your battery any added life. And, if you already own the Incredible you know that this phone is a POWER HOG! Keep looking...
