Pros: The battery last longer, is lighter (shockingly), and has more power. it not the same size as the OEM but it comes with shims that can be cut to make it fit snug in the battery box. You don't need to mount it upright so relocation options are better with this battery, should you choose too. dosent need special charger (unless you charger has a sulfation mode.)Cons: Price
