My vehicle already has a USB charger port built into the dash; but, it doesn't provide enough power to charge my Android phone.

Because of that, I always leave a USB charger plugged into one of the charger/cigarette lighter ports to use for charging my portable devices when needed.

This Pawtec charger provides two ports, with plenty of power to charge any of the portable devices I use. The two ports can be used simultaneously, with one providing 1 Amp; and the other port providing a generous 2.1 Amps which is enough for just about any portable device.

It also looks good in my truck, and only sticks out ~1".

Overall, I would highly recommend these little Pawtec chargers if you're looking for a USB power source in your vehicle.

I found that I was able to charge my phone around 20% faster then my old charger. The small form factor looks good in the car since my plug is easily seen on my dashboard.

Having 2 usb ports allowed me to charge my phone and ipod at the same time without any issues.

Solidly manufactured and feels like it will last for years.

Bigger is not always better. This little gem is great, especially when two of you are travelling. Neither of us have to run out of charge because we can be charging at the same time if necessary. And it takes up very little room in the center console. Only downside is you have to provide your own USB cables.
