I purchased this car charger as a replacement to a similar model, which was failing due to a problem with the wire. Unfortunately this one turned out to have pretty much the same problem after not too long. The plastic housing is rather cheaply made and the two sides are beginning to separate. Probably nothing a little glue can't fix, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'd recommend looking for something a made a little better.

Cord is way too short on this one for me. In our van (Honda Odyssey) the cord is stretched out to reach the dash and puts constant pressure onto the mount because of it.

Developed a short in the cord after the most minimal use. Was able to move it around to get it to work for a while, but eventually it stopped working no matter what I did. I guess you get what you pay for.

I had worn out my previous car charger and needed a replacement. I looked around and being on a budget I couldnt bring myself to spending 30+ dollars at ATT. This product does as what its suppose to. It plugs in and charges my phone. I bought this for a Galaxy Note and it works great being that most Android phones use the same USB. Im extremelty happy with this product. I received it in less than one week, which is great considering it was during the holiday season!!!
