Loved the re-tractability but the product did not charge my phone quickly. Then it had to be held a certain way for the phone to actually receive charge, then stopped charging all together in the span of about 2 weeks

The charger fits the adapter port well and always charges when it's plugged in. It doesn't have enough current output to really get a charge if you are using your phone constantly (GPS, Music). But for a quick top off or an emergency charge it works great.

This is so neat as there is never any cord laying around to get tangled up. Just push a button and it all reels back in. I leave mine plugged in half way where the light is off, then push it in a bit further to start the charging and the light comes on to assure you that you are charging. This is the highest quality as far as i can see.

The cord is supposed to retract when you press a button. This did not work. I took it apart to prestress the spring that does the retraction and that helped, but now extension is more difficult. The parts fit together nicely and the finish on the unit is nice. Internally it is cheaply made (but it sells for a low price, so ok). However, it should work without initial adjustment.
