I ordered this product on a Sunday, and it came the following Thursday. When I first tried to charge my instinct with the cable it was being erratic, but what you have to do is take the battery out for a minute or so, then put it back in. And it worked great after that.

This product works fine but the phone that I bought it for broke after I charged it one time. Now I am stuck with this charger but on the brightside, I now have an extra charger in case a guest comes by and needs to use a usb equipped one.

My samsung Instinct Travel Charger is awsome simply because the same charger is much higher in the stores. I love it. It serves its purpose and only cost me $2.90, including postage.
