The charger I had originally received when I purchased my streamer conked out. I could see that the wire where it meets the base of the charging head was exposed and ruined. The charger wouldn't work. So I purchased this one, and am delighted that it works perfectly. The added benefit is that it can be used either in the house with a regular electrical outlet OR in my car. How versatile!I like it and it works. did not give a 5 because I feel that Oticon ought to provide with the the purchase of their expensive products
