I bought the AR Drone 2.0 and two extra batteries. I charged the first one, no problem. But when I went to recharge it, the charger flashes red and wont charge it. I tried the other two batteries with the same outcome. Contacted the company, and after submitting all of the information they requested THREE TIMES, still no resolution. I love the Drone itself, but the battery and customer service is appalling!!! Since I cant use it without the battery, it is a brick. A VERY expensive brick!!!

This is a good product. It does exactly what it they say it will do which is provide about 12 minutes of flight time to your AR Drone 2.0. I think it could be better if it had a bit larger capacity. There are other batteries available that claim to provide more flight time. This product just isn't that type. I gave it 4 our of 5 stars only because it lacks the capacity of other batteries on the market. I don't think that Parrot would warranty the AR Drone if you used the after market batteries either...

I purchased 3 of these batteries in addition to the one that came with my drone. The battery life is not very long. After a few months, only 1 of the 4 batteries works. 2 only last 2 minutes, one does not work at all (blinking red light), and the one that does work, only works if I use it immediately after charging. If I charge it and then fly the drone the next day, the battery will only last about 1 minute.

Now, I need new batteries (3 of them), but it's hard spending $120 dollars on 3 batteries that will only last a few months.

The makers of these batteries should take into consideration that we like flight time not recharge time!!!!

Each battery charge does not sat more than 10-15 min of flight time.

If you do a flip the battery drops at least 10%.

You should buy at least four of these to have a good time with your drone. Otherwise you'll only get 15 minutes of fun a day.
