The first one I received would not fit in my phone so they sent me another one. Five stars for customer service. Decent inexpensive Apple iPhone/iPod charger. One flaw is that the "dock" connector is larger than the standard Apple connector, so it doesn't work with all protective cases (especially the thicker ones). I have to take the case off my phone to use this charger. That's worthy of a 3-star rating because they could easily have made it the standard Apple size without any new engineering.So far the charger works just fine and for ten bucks it's hard to complain too much.
