Would have been nice if there were an indicator light on it like most chargers. Without the light, you have to check the phone frequently to make sure it's charging. Also, I thought it came with a cable as well.

One port is 2.1 amp and the other is 1 amp, so it is 3.1 amp total, but you can't get 3.1 amps from just one port like some other chargers.

Edit: Customer service was good. They contacted me and offered a refund, but I'll keep it because it is still better than most chargers. I went ahead and ordered the other charger as well that has one port for apple, and one port for non-apple and can do up to 3.1 amps in one port.

Seems to be a good product. It is nice and compact which makes it easy to throw in the travel bag.
