I ordered this Zantrex Inverter because the one in my motor home had stoped working..upon investigating that the inverter that was in my motorhome was no longer being made and that this was the one I needed to replace it with, I contacted Amazon and found this Zantrex model, which was the best price I could find anywhere. Thanks to the seller the product arrived in excellent condition and the timing was perfect. I was so pleased with the seller when I asked if they could rush my order and I wasn't given any hassle and the product arived just as they promised. I would definietly recommend this seller and Amazon to anyone interested in this product.

I think it is probably my fault but it doesn't switch to battery power when I disconnect the electric line, still

I was not able to install it because of my health but we had a person that was trained in inverters and he did a great job and discovered that the shore power was the reason that my old unit burned up inside ----just thought people would like to know this in case they have problems with their unit
