I was shopping a jumper box for emergencies on the boat. This was smaller and cheaper than the typical box you find at a car dealership. Ive used them, not impressed.

Bought this one on a gamble, only one review and one youtube video that looked like it was done by a dealer. Figured if it worked great, if not, i had emergency backup to use my cell phone as a chart plotter and maybe even charge my handheld vhf. Well, to my surprise it jumps my 3 cylinder outboard like its on a full battery. Full cranking speed, just fine.

Caveat that with the fact it wouldn't jump the 15 feet from the battery to the outboard with my corroded old bilge water soaked cables, but direct to the engine it was beautiful. (Put off replacing cables... Check). Jumped the outboard 10 times in succession with no problem and it claimed it was still near full charge.

Bonus, it has the usb charging ports that will charge iDevices or anything else. it has a bright enough flashlight. I wonder if i can use the jumper clamps to power 12v devices in a pinch.

It is small enough to pocket (mens clothes) or carry on luggage. Its terribly light for its size. Wonder if its actually a battery or a capacitor bank. There seems to be no way to open it to find out.

All those bonuses add a bonus of... If it gets used regularly, it will probably last better and at very least show that its failing or failed before you need it in an emergency.

The jumper cable door is almost impossible to open. I threaded a nylon thread through it to pull it open. It is not water proof, the only protection of any ports is the high amp outlet for jumping.

Bottom line, i could carry 15 or more of these for the same weight and space as one jump box and it has a bit more utility. I wonder about its ability to jump that hemi like i saw in a video, but smaller engines should be fine.

I was just given the "POWERALL" as a fathers day gift. I have to admit that when I read that this little device could jump-start a car I shook my head in disbelief. I did not hesitate to start plugging in as many random rechargeable devices I could find. Straight out of the box (and before plugging it in to ensure a fully charged unit)I started charging a couple mobile phones and then my old "flip" video camera. The indicator on the "Powerall" still showed I had two bars of charge left on it. I decided to try and jump-start a late 70's SL360 that had been sitting in the garage since October with a dead battery. I was blown away when it REALLY WORKED! The flash light on this thing is super bright and very low profile. This thing is defiantly going to be used a lot this summer! I am impressed!!! and AMAZED!!

The wall charger did not work but the car charger did so I am still able to use the battery pack. I am amazed how long this will run my Amateur Radio rig even using full 100 watts of power. Over an hour and still over 3 of 5 on the power lights and still going strong.

This has charged everything I have so far. Phones, tablets, laptops, Bluetooth speakers and headsets. I carry the unit in my work bag and leave the vehicle cables in my trunk. I'm still on the first charge and it's still charging everything.

I purchased this item just to keep on my motorcycle in case the battery dies. I have found many uses since. I have jumped off two separate cars without a recharge. I also use it to power the winch on my motorcycle trailer when i realized the batter was dead to get a broken 4 wheeler up onto the trailer.

My best use thus far has been on a business trip to recharger and power my ipad for movies during my 9hr flight. not realizing the batter was almost dead before i departed this product became very handy. I highly recommend it and getting one for mom and dad to put in their vehicles.
