Love it! No more taking the seat off to get to the battery leads for my battery tender. I just plug in to the accessory port and forget about it! Unfortunately I heard that with newer bikes (2004 and later I think) there's a problem doing this with the canbus. No problems with my 2000 R11R though!

I use this to recharge my cell phone during rest stops on motorcycle rides, and it works very well. (The SAE end connects to a USB charging port, so I can use bike power to charge my phone, Nexus 7 tablet, Sena bluetooth headset, and any other USB-chargeable items while on the road).

After a few uses, the cable detached from the Powerlet plug. A couple of minutes with a screwdriver was all it took to remove the casing around the Powerlet plug, tighten down the screws that attached the cord leads to the plug, and then reinstall the casing. (I reversed the polarity the first time -in spite of using a voltmeter first -but it was easy to swap the leads to get it right.)
