Its a real hard case ideal for the 5" devices.I bought it for the 4.3" GPS but then I'm using it for the 2 TB hard disk I bought recently since it has pouch for cable.

I got it for my 5" Garmin nuvi 50LM GPS. It's over sized by half an inch in each direction. The sides are stiff, so it offers good protection from bending or puncturing. I would prefer something that's a better fit so it takes up less space in my car's center arm rest console. I'm not sure why it comes with the carabiner clip.
