The wall charger did not work. It was useless. Cost more to return than the unit was worth. I got burned on this item. Car charger works OK.

I have several Creative Zen MP3 players. The charger units allow me to charge one unit while I play another at home. The car charger is great because I can charge my players while I am on a trip.
