The part that plugs into the phone simply fell apart. I had to carefully put it back together and glue it. It seems to work ok now, but I expect the other end to fall apart as well. I have no confidence in this product now.

This lasted for about a month and now both plugs are broken... The center piece for the cigarette lighter just fell out and the plug for the phone has broken out of the plastic, leaving the wires exposed. It works, but you're better off getting a higher-quality charger.
