This transmitter works better than the last one I bought for a lot more money (and has lasted longer too!). The range is short, but good enough to transmit from my pocket without a cord. The charger isn't great, but enough to keep it juiced up on a long trip. (You can also hook up your white Apple proprietary cable between the included cigarette lighter adapter and the phone for a quicker charge). Not to mention it's under ten bucks. I'm buying two more so I have one in each car, and one in the kitchen (it plays great over my kitchen radio.) Highly recommended.

This transmitter works better than the $50 one I had previously. The charger does not always work [iPod gives a message "charging not supported with this device", but then continues charging the next time I plug it in.]

I am happy with my purchase, as it was very affordable and does it's job. The plastic is cheap and the box says it's for iPhone 3 not 4, but besides that it does what it's supposed to do.

Incredibly enough, I took a shot on this thing for only a few dollars. Turned out to be one of the best iPhone accessories I've ever purchased. We live in Germany and our American spec car doesn't receive European frequencies all that well. With this thing, we're able to listen to podcasts on the move and it's AWESOME! Can even watch movies on the iPhone and have the sound coming from all of the speakers in the car.
