The charger came in the mail as I was leaving the house and my phone was running low. I brought it with me and plugged it and charged up the phone. Why I love this product is the retractable cord. In the storage compartment of my car I have so much stuff including other products with cords and they get all tangled up. I can just throw this in the storage and never need to worry it will get tangled up with all my other junk! I was also concerned about the plug. It was fine. It has a lock that you need to pinch in order to unplug it, but it's no problem. Only gave it 4 stars because I don't know how it will hold up. Rubberized Retractable Car Charger for Apple iPhone 4S (Black)The first charger they sent...didn't work. The lady that responded to my e-mail was very pleasant and did ship replacement, but the second charger didn't work either. I wrote and asked them for prepaid label so I could return items, or get refund. Haven't heard back from them. The item was inexpensive and I don't want to waste too much time on this...but don't recommend their inferior products.
