This GPS is one of the most dependable units I have used. I have compared it to some with brand new units and maps factory fresh in cars and trucks. Save a lot of money and but the Garmin portable with these accessories.

A little less plastic than the OEM, but the stubby plug is actually better, nothing to hit or snag on. It has a very visible LED light to let you know it's on. Wasn't sure how useful an AC charger would be for a GPS, but if you want to review the route before leaving, it can be handy, especially if your batteries are getting old. Been using it for about 2 weeks and works great. Well worth the price.

I really don't know if it is this product or my Garmin. All connectors fit and the Garmin shows it is charged. But it it can't find satellites. But the quality appears to be good for the money I would try it and you'll probably be happy.
