I needed to get more transmit power out of my Ham radio when operating off of battery. Low noise and fairly reliable even at high duty rate.Honest reviews on 150W DC-DC 10-32V Boost to 12-35V Adjustable Power supply Mudule
These units are advertised to be 150 watt boost converters but that does not apply across the full range of its output voltage adjustment. For example, at 32 VDC output the maximum 100% duty cycle current is about 1 amp or 32 watts. Also, these cost about 6 dollars each on a well known auction web site direct from China. If you want a good unit I would recommend searching for this one:
"Boost DC-DC Converter Power Supply Step-up Module 10V-60V"
This is a much higher quality unit and will put out 3.3 amps at 35 volts which is over 100 watts, much more current at lower voltages.
