This works, but could be better. It holds the phone fine and the power works also. The articulating arm is very stiff so you cant resituate it unless you unplug the unit itself, or hold the plastic base very tight with one hand. The plastic is very flimsy at the units hinge area. I dont see this lasting more than a year. There is an obnoxious blue LED on the face that is annoying at night. I fixed that though by turning the unit over so it points more at the floor and not the drivers eye's. This mount does the job, just set it and forget it. If you move it around a lot i.e "the articulating arm" you will either break it, or eventually mess up you cars power socket.
