although i have only been using this product for a few days, i already see how much functionality it provides. i am quite pleased with it and will likely purchase one for my wife's car. the only thing that would make this purchase better would be if it was fulfilled as Amazon Prime.This is not a Verizon product as the description led me to believe it is a one size fits all of very poor quality. I do not recommend this product.
