Product as described. I'm using these for Vape or E Cigs and this is basically 20-25 dollars cheaper that those in my area. They made it in time too. Awesome purchase!

When you put your batteries in to charge them, it will show green. This does not mean they are charged. It seems to mean it is working okay and detects the batteries. When you plug the charger in, the light will turn to red until the batteries charge. It takes about 1 1/2 to 3 hours to charge 2 of them.

Be careful to place the batteries in before plugging into the wall, and be aware of how you are putting them into the charger. The wrong way will spark and may harm the charger or the batteries.

First id like to start by explaining the product to you, I bought this battery pack & charger for my new Ultrafire Flashlight & i couldnt be Happier, These batteries work great they last very long & they hold a charge forever. The Charger that comes with it is very nice also, its the perfect size, its nice light weight not big & bulky & does a fantastic job charging the batteries, & Im not sure if its these batteries or not but my flashlights never been brighter. Bottom Line is You wont find a better deal or product than this anywhere ( im very Pleased). Most important of all tho, is that i had a minor issue way down the road, months later, Nobodys fault, simple mishap that can happen anywhere with anything,( Let me tell you tho) this Company that makes & sells these couldn't Help me fast enough they immediately contacted me & fixed my issue on the spot (without hesitation or even asking to see the problem) this is a stand up company & on that alone I Highly recommend them to anyone. They stand behind there products & they want every one of there customers Happy. I hope this review helps someone i can promise you, you find a better deal /product or customer service this good anywhere......... Thank you

They charge fast, last awhile in my Intsun light, and weren't expensive.
