I love the design and clean and compact look of it. I always hated having charger cable laying on floor. The reason I gave this 4 Stars is because it's not 100% sturdy on wall with phone connected. It does not fall out of outlet or fall down but not extremely secure. You have to be careful when docking phone and support the bottom at same time.

Other than that it works great and comes with spacers to fit Cased or Non-Cased iPhones. I am using iPhone 4S on this charger.

Stopped working after 3 days. Easily slips out of charger slot which can make the mini dock and your device crash to the surface below. Not want you want to happen to your expensive apple products.

A nice idea and design, but weirdly doesn't fit with any bumper or protective casing for the iPod.

I was excited to get my iPhone off the counter, but guess I'm out of luck unless I want to spend another $20 for a charger extender.

Aren't cases pretty ubiquitous these days? Should it really be that hard to design products with this in mind?

This from BlueLounge support:

"Unfortunately, like most iPhone 4 docks available on the market, it will not fit because the bumper is too thick at the bottom and the pins cannot reach to your iPhone. You will need to remove the bumper first before you can charge your iPhone using MiniDock."

I bought this for my iPhone 4s. Best accessory I've bought so far. It's so nice to just plug it in to this docking station each night. It's awesome not having cords cluttering up the area. Be aware it doesn't actually come with the part that plugs in to the wall though. So if your device doesn't have the USB wall plugin, you'll need to get one. I've only been using it for a week so I can't comment on its durability.
