I don't know if I got a dud of a battery with mine, but it only holds a charge for about 45 minutes. Not much help on a long ride.This company (iBike) has been extremely unresponsive to any of my inquirees, and if I hadn't already invested several hundred dollars in their products, I would stay away entirely.
