the black rapid charger item was not well made it fell apart at the seams not long after purchase but before that it was great to bad they did not spend the extra time on the housing

The output of this thing is only up to 400mA which is not enought to charge neither your Zune not most of the modern cell phones They won't even show as charging when connected to this device. You need something with a higher output than 400mA if you want to charge your Zune.
