I had this charger 1st time it did'nt work so I contacted the seller, Good people at Cell-Stuff sent me another new one for free, so far working great usally if you charge your cell phone via 12V car charger battery get hot which not good for your cell phone (RAPID CHARGER)But this charger is steady and controlled so no worries.
