Works well so far, but the cone shaped nut is made of plastic, not the shiny metal pictured in the ad. My experience has been that metal items far outlast plastic junk. For well over $20, there is absolutely no reason for plastic!

It is heavier and larger than comparable tools but this made it near impossible to fit over one of the wiper arms on my car. The little cylinder in the middle keeps falling off.

I have been using one of these for about half a year. It works pretty good. The button on the end came off mine, but popped back on. They turn lever could be stronger. I have bent mine a little already. I have had this issue with other pullers before also.

I struggled for over an hour trying to get my wiper arms off, and destroyed a cheap battery terminal and a gear pulller in the process. With this, I got both arms off in 2 minutes. It just works.
