#1 USB cable to connect Blackberry to Computer. Didn't work.

Sent email in and got a replacement it Didn't work either.

#2 Car Charger for Blackberry lasted two weeks doesn't work anymore.

I wish I could give this negative stars! I have the charger I received w/my phone but wanted to purchase one for work so that I could just leave there in case my battery was low. HUGE MISTAKE. It appeared to charge my phone, however the second I touched any key my battery would immediately drop to 3 or 4%. I tried to charge it w/my other charger and it wouldn't hold its charge either. I ended up having to purchase a new battery. The cheap comes out expensive sometimes, def learned my lesson w/this one.
