I purchased this item to use with my laptop to charge my phone and an extra battery I purchased. I have been unhappy from the start. It is very hard to hook the phone up and the charging port on my brand new incredible 2 is now scratched up. The worst part of this item is it does NOT charge the extra battery! This is the whole reason I purchased it over a plain usb cable. This is NOT worth the money.

The Incredible 2 cradle works great. I like the fact that you can charge an extra battery at the same time.

Works well. The only thing that I don't like is that the lights on it are so bright its like a night club in my bedroom when in use. I had to put black electrical tape over the lights and its ok now.
