It was very inexpensive and I just got it so he'd be able to use it until he had the time off to get a better one. Well, about a day after he used it (and LOVED it) It stopped working. This is a rather nice light, especialy for the price. I like that it has a spring loaded extention to clamp to the eReader rather than a clamp. The tension is good enough to keep it on through normal operation but a quick jerk will send it flying. The flexible stalk articulates easily and stays where you put it. The light is pleasant and there are two levels of illumination.

All in all, I am VERY happy with this light, especially for the low price.

I've used a couple of other Kindle lights and this is my favorite so far.

Two levels of illumination allow me to choose which I prefer. The spring mechanism snugs my Kindle keyboard model at just the right pressure and angle, and the flexible arm for the light works well and stays put. And even with three AAA batteries installed it's still a pretty light affair.

I don't get what the blue velcro strip is for, though. Just a freebie gift? I think so.

The USB cable looks and feels very similar to the apple one, but the chargers have a somewhat cheesy feel. Then again, that's totally to be expected when you buy a whole set for less than half the price of a cable or either charger alone from Apple or one of the name brand companies.

I also should note that the AC adapter is 100-240v compatible, so it can work worldwide. I was wondering about that when I bought it because none of the tech info mentioned it. In fact, the casing itself was designed to be used with the EU style plugs, and that's why it protrudes from the body of the case.

Also, the items I received look like the submitted picture, and not the MFG's picture, for what it's worth... Doesn't matter much because in any case the items aren't very aesthetically pleasing anyways.

Bottom line, from reading the other reviews it looks like they have QC issues, but I wound up with a perfectly functional set at a great price.

Do NOT EVER buy this product. I lost my Ipod Nano(8gb) because of this cheap nonsense. As soon as I plugged in the charger into the wall outlet, and connected it to the nano, the charger blew a fuse, and had smoke coming out of it. My nano didn't start after that. No matter what I tried. I took it to apple store, and they couldn't start it either. My warranty was void.

Go for real apple products, not for these cheap chargers. I'm not sure if this company BargainCell is selling authentic products, or just cheap makeovers without ever having tested them out.

Again, do not buy it, unless you want to risk losing your ipod.

The car charger worked great. I could charge my iPod while listening to it. I'm currently trying to use the Travel Adaptor, but so far it's not working. I'm trying to discover the problem. It's not the cord, because the cord is working when connecting the iPod to computer. So, I can't really say anything about how the travel adapter works. But I give the car charger 5 stars. It gets the job done.

This is a good charge controller, you can't beat the price. This charge controller has all the good bells and whistles of more expensive name brands at a fraction of the cost.

I have it hooked up to 350 watts, 20 Amps, from my solar panels and it is working great. The LCD screen is nice, definitely worth a few extra bucks, I can know exactly what my battery voltage is at anytime I want. This charge controller is able to use 8 gauge wire connected directly to it, bigger wire means better power flow. I plan on adding to my home built solar setup and this charge controller gives me that option. I am very happy with my purchase. It was shipped fast and the company even with the broken English was very helpful.

If you are going to purchase this product, know what you are getting. The description states that it is rubberized. It is not rubberized but instead a textured plastic. I raised the issue with the seller and got a lame response blaming the manufacturer for stating it is rubberized even though nowhere on the packaging is that claim made.

The third time I pulled the wire out of the plug body the unit failed. The wire is jammed with about one foot of wire out. What a piece of junk.

This plug is not made for the Droid Eris but manages to fit into the slot and can be used. The discovery was first listed as a "hack." If you want to stuff a plug into your expensive phone that it was not designed for, be my guest. Don't expect the seller to replace your phone when you wear out the plug jack, electric pins or slot.

Also Motorola Droid Phone Users should note that there are different types of Droid phones. This plug is for the fatter plug and will not fit the Verizon Droid with a sliding keyboard.

The cable is 31 inches of wire. Sounds like a lot, but it's not if you are using your Droid with a windshield mount.

For less than $10, this is a good buy. I like the retractable cord b/c it's more compact and tidy. It charges ok, maybe not the fastest recharge time, but it's always worked with no problems. The construction is decent but the retractable cord is a little thin and the connection seems a little flimsy so you do have to be somewhat careful with it. I bought two a year ago, and one is still working with no problems. With the other one, I got out of the car in a hurry with the phone in my hand while it was still plugged in, and the charger-phone connection broke off from the car charger.

Still, I think it's a good deal and I'm planning to buy another one to replace the one I broke.

I compared the cable I received with my original iPhone 4 and 3 cables. I cannot tell any differences other than a slightly different feel of the rubber/plastic material along the cable length, which by the way also differs between my genuine Apple iphone 4 and 3 cables. Another reviewer posted pictures on Amazon in which the cable in question appeared to have a slightly wider or larger connectors, but mine are identical in size, and appearance.

I am very happy with this purchase and will purchase several more.

After my initial great experience with the cable (that I ordered from Amazon's merchant Cellular 5 Star), I ordered 3 more cables, and did not realize that the "default" merchant had changed to Importer520. I just received these 3 cables and they look similar to genuine Apple cables at quick glance, but on closer inspection, they all had surface blemishes and slight irregularities. They also had a suspicious looking "Designed by Apple in California Assembled in China" stamped on the cable length.

The cable from Cellular 5 Star was of very good quality that I could NOT distinguish from genuine Apple cables, but the ones from Importer520 are slightly inferior. The feel of the cable length material is good though, in that it is supple. It will coil and uncoil without keeping the bent shape.

I have contacted Importer520 to see if I can get a refund, but their stated return policy states that they will not refund shipping costs, which when I ordered was almost all the purchase price.

I purchased another "OEM" cable, this time from Item44Less and this cable is the worst of the bunch. The length of the cable is made out of a rigid plastic that does not bend like the more supple rubber-like material of the genuine Apple cables or even from Cellular 5 Star or Importer520.

I purchased another "OEM" cable, this time from C and J Accessories, which actually qualifies for Amazon Prime since their order fulfillment is through Amazon. This cable is clearly not authentic with the end that connects to the iPhone being larger by about 0.5 mm width and length. The other Amazon merchants cables were identical to design, but differed in quality. This cable actually differs in its design with its wider and thicker connector end. The length of the cable is also more plastic than a flexible rubber, compared to authentic Apple cables. I would say this is almost as bad as Item44Less.

I purchased a cable from Niceeshop and it looks genuine except that the cable length material is not as supple as the genuine Apple cables. The cable length material is not as rigid as the Item44Less cable, but more inflexible (retaining bends) than the Importer520 cables.

SUMMARY (Ranked in order of similarity to an authentic Apple cable)

1. Cellular 5 Star cables are the best and indistinguishable from my genuine Apple iPhone cables.

2. Importer520 is acceptable, but slightly inferior to Cellular 5 Star with some cosmetic blemishes. The cable length is made out of a high quality material.

3. Niceeshop is acceptable, but the cable length is not as supple as the Cellular 5 Star or Importer520.

4. C and J Accessories, although it qualifies for Amazon Prime, has its iPhone connector end as larger than the authentic one with a cheaper cable length material.

5. I would avoid Item44Less because of the rigid plastic cable material that does not bend and keeps the angular bent formation from its coiled position during shipping. The cable length material is the lowest quality (i.e. most plastic like) compared to the above four competitors.

I browsed Amazon for weeks teetering between about 3 different sellers for my replacement dock cables for charging/syncing my iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and 160Gig iPod Classic. I found these cables to be the least expensive of the ones with predominately "good" reviews. There were a few people who said they got the "real thing" when they ordered the cables as "OEM Apple cables", a few people who said the cables were good but not "OEM Apple" quality, and finally there were a few who said to "stay away from these cables" because they tore up easily. I figured I'd chance it and order them. I am VERY PLEASED that I did. I ordered the cables 3/29/11 and was given a forecasted delivery date of 4/4 to 4/7/11. I received the cables today (4/1/11). VERY SPEEDY SHIPPING!!!! The cables were sent via USPS in a small brown envelope that was coated inside with bubble wrap. The cables were coiled up, much as anyone would coil a dock connector cable for storage with plastic wraps that were similar to the style wraps for the cables that come with all new Apple products. I was curious but kind of dreading opening the package because I just knew these cables would not fit my iPhone 4 with the bumper like just nearly every other "after market" cable I've seen. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I saw the design of these cables. They are as close to being "OEM Apple" cables as I've ever seen without actually being "Apple cables". They fit snugly in all of my iDevices, charge the 4, 3GS, and Classic with NO ISSUES. I tested the sync speed of the cable and found it rivals the speed of the newest "Apple cable" that was included with my iPhone 4 purchase back in July 2010. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE CABLES!!!! If you're an iPhone 4 owner who uses a bumper, GET THESE CABLES!!! THEY WORK!!! I've also taken "comparison" pictures and posted them to the "user pictures" on this item's display. Hope my review is helpful and thanks to everyone who writes these reviews and to everyone who reads them. Together we can help each other make sure we get what we pay for!

Got these cables almost 5 months ago, one connects to my iMac, one to my wall charger, one to my XP machine at work, and one connects to my car charger. All are working and none have presented any issues so far. A friend was looking for similar cables but purchased them from a different seller and found they didn't fit his iPhone 4 bumper. I thought on it a bit and found an excellent resolution. Just get an emery board (flexible fingernail file) and file down the edges of the 30 pin connector. PRESTO it fits now! SO if the seller does change the type of cable that is being shipped and you get one that doesn't quite fit the iPhone 4 bumper, I can tell you (from experience) that it will not hurt to file the 30 pin connector to fit the bumper. Hope the review and this update are still helpful to people looking for new charge/sync cables.

Had the cables nearly a whole year now and still going strong. I haven't checked this post in a while now but I noticed there were some questions about sync speed. My original Apple cable for my iPhone finally went out on me so I replaced it with one of these. I sync to a Mac, I have a 32GB iPhone 4, and I keep a lot of stuff on my phone. If I erase it and have to sync it from scratch, we're looking a a couple of hours but just moving a few hundred songs around, some voice memos, pictures and stuff only takes a few minutes. The cables I got were definitely USB 2.0 cables. I also got one of the new iPads (3rd gen), it's 64GB and I use these cables to sync and charge it with no problems. I'm about to order a couple of extras for my iPad now and this time, I'll make sure to post the seller I get them from on the update about the new ones. Oh yeah, the cable I use in my car has gotten stepped on, spilled on, heat, cold, moisture, and even slammed in the door a couple of times... still going strong. No breaks, no kinks, no exposed wire at the ends, it's taken a beating for nearly a year and still works like a charm. Still highly recommend these cables.

I ordered this cable because the image shows a real style Apple cable with rounded edges. I have an OtterBox case that requires a rounded edge cable in order to charge it. I received this cable and it is a generic square ended cable, which is completely useless to me. With 900 amps, I expected a lot more. Wouldn't even start a garden tractor in 20 degree temps. I hooked my AC charger up and it started right away. The air compressor is slow, as well. I bought it to use on my outdoor power equipment which sits for a long time and often needs air in the tires and occasionally a jump start. This thing just doesn't cut it.

We bought this for our boat to go along with a new Sony stereo, 4 speakers, and subwoofer. The sound quality with just the Sony stereo and speakers was not impressive, I was ready to return everything. Lots of noise and any bass sounded awful. We decided to give the stereo and speakers a chance by buying the Sony subwoofer and amp. I am so glad we did. After hooking everything up, which was easy, the sound quality was amazing. Everything from Hip-hop to high-treble 80's music sounds great. I was worried because Sony is not known for sound quality, but I am sold from now on. I hope this review helps. After getting my boat with the factory head unit and speakers in it, I opted for sony's marine unit to add capability to the boat for using ipods-sirius-mp3 discs etc. That went great, as I could use many new modern devices, but the sound was terrible with my 2 little 25 watt RMS speakers. So then I dropped in some new polk (100 watt RMS) speakers. Much better sound but now the head unit couldn't push enough power to the speakers and the unit would start to clip the sound at higher volumes as it struggled to try and keep up. So to cure this I opted for this amp. Now I have what I consider great, clean, clear, crisp sound at very loud levels without any distortion. Now I am not the biggest audiophile out there and this is my first install of head units, speakers and amps but it is all very clear and easy to understand and do. I guess now my next move will to be to buy a sub woofer to run off the amp and then to buy a wakeboard tower and install some more speakers and then buy another amp to run those and then buy the remote commander for the stern etc...But seriously this amp so improved the overall sound and capabilities of my system that it is now something you want to use and listen to.

I bought a Ski Centurion Elite V 22' boat and wanted to upgrade the stereo system from the existing Alpine unit (which didn't have an i-pod port) and the older marine speakers. I installed this Sony Amp, along with the Sony CDXM60UI Marine Stereo and 6 Polk DB-651 speakers (4 in the boat & 2 on the tower). This combination has a clean crisp sound, even at a higher volume, with a nice bass. I'm so impressed with this amp. My installer was also impressed with how this system sounded. I read a lot about other wall changers that could be purchased for under a few dollars but those had a habit of dying early on. After some research I ended up purchasing this. It works great with the Ipod Touch (3rd generation).
