I've had the Nomad for a number of years but rarely used it recently because I've moved to a smaller more compact unit for day to day use (Also Creative which I think is the best). It came in the mail VERY fast! When you receive it check to see if you can 'plug' the tip of the cord that also plugs into the wall outlet into the cord whose tip plugs into the navigation system.... not checking for this little detail will lead you you to believe that the power cords only work when held in placenot easy to do. You will see that the power cord in 2 parts: one long cord that goes fomr the power outlet to the connector cord. you come to the 2nd power cordthe 'connector cord.' It goes from the power cord I jsut talked about and into the navigation device. Discount Craftsman 4 volt Cordless Lithium-Ion Screwdriver with Case and 20

I've owned a number of rechargeable screwdrivers. This Craftsman 4V unit is the best of the lot. It is fairly small. Has 2 speeds the low speed is geared for torque to drive tougher screws. The LED light is actually useful, contrary to some others. The quick grip chuck requires use of a magnetic hex shank bit holder, but these are commonly available and one comes with the unit. No clunky reversing button forward/reverse is top/bottom of the trigger. Balance is good, so you can use it upside down in limited access locations. The lithium-ion battery holds a charge for a very long time, and gives more than 50 screws driven, even with #12 size and torque. The variable clutch works well, although I can't see much use for the lower settings. My only complaint is that Sears doesn't seem to carry parts for this unit, a major departure from the history of Craftsman. I lose or damage chargers, and if Sears sells a separate replacement for this driver, I can't find it. When not on sale, this driver is pricey 25% more than the competition, but you can almost always find it discounted.

All in all, a very capable power screwdriver, with an excellent Lithium-ion battery. I'd buy another. In fact, I have bought 4.

This is a great little drill. Super small and compact design, yet packs enough power to handle 80% of your needs. Your hand won't get nearly as tired from holding this thing when compared to a full size drill. This thing is small enough to fit in your pocket and carry around the house. It has an adjustable torque ring, and HI and LOW speed operation. It's a very handy tool, and I've been very happy with it.

I was initially looking for just a desulfater, when I found this listed on Amazon. This unit is

a full service battery pack solution. It monitors the temperature, hence the condition, of your

batteries, maintains a perfect charge level, and desulfates [read that: renews] all of your batteries

at the same time. It is truly amazing. I have been using it now for 3 or 4 months, and I haven't had to

use my big charger at all. I permanently wired the unit so the box is in the basket, [not under the

seat with the batteries] and it is very convenient to monitor and set. I just keep it plugged in all the

time when the cart is not in use, and the batteries are always in fully charged and perfect condition.

All I have to do is top off the pack with distilled water once a month, and it's good to go. Easy to install,

foolproof. I have it installed on my 2001 Ezgo Freedom PDS, I wish I had found it sooner. I probably

would not have had to replace at least one set of batteries during the last ten years. BatteryMinder

I have only used it for 6 days, and seems to be working. It takes about 3 weeks for the desulfater to clean the batteries. The product has a 1 year take it back policy and a 5 year warranty which is great.

This USB car charger is great. It works perfectly for my Motorola Atrix and my girlfriend's iphone. It puts out a good amount of power, I don't know too much about electrical, but I does charge both our phones pretty quickly. And it works with other things like our cameras, and gps, etc. There's smaller versions of these chargers out there made by other companies, but I knew Belkin makes good quality product. One thing I read about a lot of the other smaller ones, were that they don't put out enough power, this one doesn't have that problem.

This comes with two cables. This works well with my I-Pod with the included cable. It also works well with my Verizon phone, but neither of the two cables that came with the product would work with the Verizon LG phone. I guess the phone cable is for an I-Phone). However I can use the plug in cable that came with my LG Verizon phone, I just need to remember to bring it along.

This power adapter does the job. It's neat because it can handle a wide range of voltage inputs. It has a small in-line power box that adjusts the input to fit the needs of the Meridian. The problem I had is that I bought it before realizing the power and the computer connection both use the same strange I/O connector. So if you use this adapter, you can't connect to your laptop. The solution is to buy the more expensive dual cable version that has both battery cord and serial cable attached.

I bought this with a Magellan sportrak pro GPS unit. I already knew about the connector being shared with the data port, but since I don't have a laptop, I didn't want to waste the extra money to get the dual cable.

This item does exactly what it is supposed to. It works great on long drives when I don't have to worry about draining the batteries down to a point where I can't use the GPS unit at the destination. Attaching and detaching the connector using the D-rings is a little more involved than something that can just be plugged into the GPS, but obviously, making the GPS submersible involved compromises like this. I can live with that.

The den of horrors that is the Magellan car bracket requires you to have this power cord. If you don't then you will be fighting to change batteries and remount your GPS and that is no fun at all.

I have used mine for over six months and it works without a hitch. A nice improvement would be a retractable cord facility so that you don't have excess cordage lying around your dashboard. Right now I loop the excess around the steering wheel but then again I never change the adjustment on the steering wheel so no problem with the wire getting caught up in the adjusting mechanism. Others may run into this problem. The alternative is a shorter wire but then it would make the power unit useless for some vehicles. A minor hitch but not earthshaking.

Why did I knock off one star? Because it took me about 15 minutes to get the little covers on the earbuds and another 30 to figure out how to set up the belt clip. I still haven't figured out how the key chain fits into the scheme of things. BUT, those "complaints" aside, this is a great little bundle of goodies for your Fuze+. Charging from wall, computer, or car a cute little rechargeable speaker, an audio cable to connect it to your car radio (and other setups as well). The screen protector came with a cut in the packaging, so I was concerned, but nothing inside was affected, and the cut actually made it easier to open the package. The screen protector itself comes with pretty good instructions unlike anything else in the package. Personally, I'd love to see a little "bag" included to keep everything together for traveling. A quart-sized zipper bag holds it all very nicely, so I'm set. All in all, I really like this package.

I wanted a male outlet on the outside of some equipment, but I did not want to deal with soldering mains wires & the risks involved. This item is perfect there's a weather resistant recessed male plug on the outside, and a normal female plug on the inside. It's a bit stiff, and the wire angles down, so if you want to mount at the bottom of an enclosure it's a bit tight.

I searched for months for something like this. This is great. Very solidly built.

Wow... what a wonderful product... I wish everyone who is looking for a 110V power inlet receptacle to install in either a boat or a motor home, would see this review.... this product is just beyond words... it is PERFECT! Disclaimer... I have not installed it yet... so will adjust the review if necessary.. but I doubt I will have to revise my review. I received the generator yesterday and liked it as soon as I removed it from the box. Solidly built and well organized, even came with a flexible funnel to make putting in oil easier. After reading the manual I put in oil, some gas, turned the fuel on, set the choke and tried to start it. After 6 or 7 pulls I looked down and realized I had forgotten to turn the switch on. Next pull it fired right up. Senility is so much fun. I have started it both hot and cold several times since then, and it started first or second pull every time. I ran it about half an hour with no load.

Today I drug out some of my old gear and gave it a good checkout. With no load voltage is 122.3 volts, and the frequency is 62 Hz., which is a little fast, but should not create a problem unless you are using it to run a mechanical clock. I used a sealed oil heater with a variable output for a load. Setting 1 (610 watts) was still 122.3 volts, and down to 61 Hz. Setting 2 (915 watts) was 122.3 volts and still at 61Hz. When the 915 watt load was suddenly applied the voltage would drop about 3 volts and the engine would surge a second or to then quickly recover. At setting 3 (1500 watts) it loaded the generator down enough it lost speed and voltage. It is a 1200 watt continuous and rated 1500 surge, but I am not sure how they figured that part, i actually measured these values rather than depending on the labels. All in all, pretty good performance.

I hooked an oscilloscope to it and did see some noise spikes when the generator was unloaded, but they were only a few volts and faded to nearly nothing when a load was applied. A wheel kit and handle would be a nice option since the generator with a tank of fuel is about 65 pounds, and this old geezer does not like carrying it around.

The engine and generator are mounted toward the side rather than being centered and it is a little heavy to the outlet side, so when hauling it be careful how you set it in order to prevent it from falling on it's face. Normal use should not present a tipping problem. The only problem I had in all of this was that when I started to put it away I found the 2 bolts that mount the engine to the rubber vibrations mount laying on the ground. They had worked out while it was running, but were not to difficult to reinstall, and to prevent it happening again I put some Loctite on the threads.

Even with the minor problem of the 2 bolts coming out I am pretty impressed with it.

added 8-16-12 I forgot to mention the sound levels. I do not have a way to accurately measure the sound, but it sounds like a small push mower, though not quite as loud. I wouldn't want to try to sleep right beside it, but at a distance of 10 feet it is comparable to your next door neighbor using a push mower, and at a distance of 15 to 20 yards is comparable to someone using a push mower 3 or 4 houses away. I would like it if the engine were quieter, but for my use I can live with it.

Edit Dec. 24, 2012. After owning this for 4 months, and using it several times, I can report I am still happy with it. A couple of the uses were powering lights on floats in Christmas parades. They were predicting rain, so I bought a large plastic storage bin at a local discount store and cut large holes in each end to allow for cooling air flow, and still keep the rain off the generator and motor. Worked great, plus it was considerably quieter, and when I removed the cover after 3 hours of running I could not tell it was any hotter than normal by feeling the engine, generator, etc. The only shortcoming I have fond so far is that if it has not been started in the last day or so, it usually takes 5 or 6 pulls to start it, but it always starts, even in the cold.

I researched on line to find the perfect emergency generator for me, my criteria was one that would not be bulky but portable.

My essential needs were to power my fridge and maybe a light or two, The big question was would it be big enough at 1200 watt.

The inside of my fridge says 11.6 amps and I did the math 11.6 x 120= 1392 watts, being a newer fridge with energy star I knew that this was maximum current draw.

After powering up the generator I plugged it in to a 10 gauge outdoor extension cord and plugged it into my fridge, after a small bog it smoothed out and has been powering the fridge for the last hour!!

To me, this is the perfect little genny I can unplug the fridge, run my dryer, microwave etc...

HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
