I've had the Nomad for a number of years but rarely used it recently because I've moved to a smaller more compact unit for day to day use (Also Creative which I think is the best). The Jukebox has my entire music collection on it so when I went to use it for Christmas Music, I realized I had no idea where the charger was. Priced a comparable replacement and realized I couldn't justify the cost. Found this one on Amazon and what can I say. Always a little nervy to buy a power cord that isn't made by the manufacturer of the product, but this car charger for our Pantech Reveal phones has worked every time (granted, that's only about five times so far)we've used it. It was delivered on the first day of the reported window of possibility and packaged well. It is always nice to have a transaction that goes "as planned."

Disappointed. the wall charger kerps going on and off. i have to lay my phone a certain way and not touch if. The data sync cable de-charges the battery. i have not tried the car charget yet. but shipping was great.

I needed an inverter for my dell studio laptop so I can work on a report while on a long driving trip with a group. The inverter got the job done, though I had to unplug it from the cigarette lighter when it got too hot. Not a big deal as my laptop had enough power to sustain with the charge at that point. By the time my laptop battery was low again, the inverter was cool enough to plug back in for charging. I was really pleased with the product as it did exactly what I expected. By the end of the trip, my report was done. I found the inverter very valuable.

The product works well, however, I think it is helpful to note that if you are going to use it to charge an iPhone, you will need to use the iPhone power adaptor instead of just plugging the iPhone cable into the USB port.

I bought this Go Power! 95 watt solar kit from a local RV dealer early this year. I liked this panel because it was one of the smallest panels that I could find that still put out a lot of power. I have not had to worry about dead batteries since I had the kit installed on my travel trailer. The panel really does get power even in overcast days. This kit comes with a 25 amp charge controller so I can add more panels to the system down the road without changing the regulator, although I don't think I need to at this time. The display shows the voltage of the batteries and current that the panel is putting into my batteries. All in all the kit does what it claimed to do and I am very satisfied with the system.

I purchased this product and had it shipped with the idea of installing it before an upcoming vacation. Unfortunately, I received the package and found that the accessory kit ( regulator, brackets, wire, instructions, etc. ) was missing from the box. All I got in the box was the solar panel. I sent an email to the manufacturer and was sent the missing parts in just a few days. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the manufactured and their prompt shipment of my missing parts. Amazon wanted me to send the item back and they would ship me a new one. That didn't fit into my time frame of installing before my vacation.

On the companies website there's a video for how to install a similar solar panel. I installed the Go Power 95 Solar Panel Kit based off this video. Installation was easy and mine installed much like the video. The only difference was having to buy screws for a rubber roof and Dicor sealant for the roof. I found the Dicor at a local Camping World. The kit comes with screws for a fiberglass roof but not for a rubber roof. After installation it was late in the day with heavy overcast, I was getting .6 amps. This was installed on a 26' travel trailer with dual batteries. I had no problems installing the solar panel and was able to connect the wires to my fuse box instead of running the wires all the way to the batteries. It would have been almost impossible to neatly run a wire from the panel to my batteries directly.

The next morning was sunny and I was pulling in 5.5 amps as advertised. I'm confident this solar panel will perform as expected for many years to come. My main reason for purchasing the panel is to keep the batteries charged as it sits in storage. Also to provide adequate battery charging when camping without power for a few days.

There are cheaper options on the market. I purchsed this one because I liked the clean look of the regulator and how it was made to go inside the RV. The small size of a 95 watt solar panel was also a plus. The regulator is easy to use and easy to read. I also appreciate that the cable included is UV protected and waterproof connections coming from it to the included cable.

First I must say the quality is top notch. The installation is a breeze. The instructions are clear and complete. The panel is compact in size. Now for the best part... I just completed a 2 week vacation (June/July) across the western states and I was confident I would have power to spare when dry camping and this system did not let me down. On clear days the panel was providing a charge from about 7am to 6pm. The unit is rated to provide 5.45 amps but from 10am to 4pm I was easily getting 5.7 to 5.8 amps more than its rated current. Even better now... on completely overcast days it was still providing from 1 to 2 amps of current. You can't go wrong with this system. The charger looks great, is of high quality and provides all the information you'll need. The wire is of high quality as well. There are cheaper systems but they are not worth it. This system delivers on its claims and then some, you'll not find that with cheaper systems. Beware when buying lesser quality solar systems.

I'm impressed. We're at the coast as I write and it's foggy. The panel is putting out .1 amp. I think it's great considering there is NO sun. The other day we used the crok pot to prepare our dinner. It ran all day and the battery stayed charged. I might add one more panel in the future.

I found out that you need to watch where you park. We had to relocate the motorhome after parking where lots of birds rested in the tree. What a mess. The panel was easy to clean by following the instructions.

I have Aux input in my car, and my aux output on my iphone was getting a bit unpredictable as I was putting it on and off on my old iPhone 3GS, the phone got damaged because of overuse. So I was searching for a replacement and found this. I also needed to charge my phone, as I spend many hours on the road, taking calls.

This product received very quickly, and in good quality. I put it in my car, and I noticed a peculiar behavior with the charging when the ignition is turned partially, so only the battery is on (but the engine is not), the phone charges. As soon as the engine turned ON, it would not charge. Sometimes I have to connect it after the engine is on. I tried to find a pattern but failed as it charges sometimes, and doesn't sometimes. Luckily I picked up a cigarette lighter USB device from a conference, and I used it and it charges ALL the time now. So looks like the cigarette lighter device is not of good quality.

I had no problems with sound sound always worked great. The sound quality is very good no complaints at all.

In the past, with the aux comign from the top of the phone, and charger at the bottom, I could not put my phone in the cup-holder :( But with this device, since the top of the phone is free, I can put my phone upside down in the cup holder while listening to music, at the same time, charging the device.

Overall I am happy, thanks to the extra cigarette lighter device I have.

I plugged it in and it worked on my phone. There was some play in how it fit into the vehicles charging plug in so you have to "wiggle" the charger to get the light on. The unit sent to me was not as pictured, mine is solid black with a tiny glow light on the back to tell me it's working. Not a big deal, it's just that you expect to open the package and see what was pictured. I'll keep it cause it works, (if you wiggle it just right)

This inverter is a very good little product. It powers a 250 Watt amp as well as my laptop without a problem. It is a very compact unit as well, easily fitting in the center counsel of my car.

However, I can only give it three stars for several reasons. My biggest problem is that it doesn't have USB ports, even though the product description states that "the 300W DC-AC Power Inverter with USB charging ports" and the item title says "usb". However, for the price it serves my purpose and isn't worth returning. Secondly, the fan runs continuous. It is quiet and not noticeable, but it means that I have to switch the inverter off every time I leave my car. A minor hassle, and as I said, it's a great product for what it is.

More than enough power to charge my laptop during car travel between customers visits. Excellent value as it comes with a car charger and battery charger clip. Fits nicely in my truck console. A case would be a nice addition to this product. A longer car adapter cord should be supplied, but, the adapter cord provided will allow the charger to be placed on the floor while connected to the car lighter.

This item works as described to provide the AC but only has the two AC outlets and no USB ports even though the ad implied that it did. That is the only reason I'm only giving 3 stars. I pretty much new that before it arrived though from reading previous reviews which is why I am still pleased with its main function of providing AC.

There is a switch in the back to turn the inverter on and off so the fan doesn't drain your battery when not in immediate use and a light in the front to remind you when the switch is in the on position.

The terminal adapters (battery clamp and lighter plug) and attaching lugs are hefty enough with a 40 amp fuse in the back of the unit. It weighs more than you might think and appears to be of sturdy construction. It is in no way even remotely waterproof so if you are going to use this outdoors or for camping you need to be aware that there is venting slits in the front and the back of this unit plus a small fan that could suck dirt, rain or bugs in, care would need to be taken not to get rain or dirt inside it.

Other than that this unit works and was delivered fast. Again, NO USB PORTS.

I live in Michigan, and bought this for a six hour trip up to the Upper Peninsula. I tested it and it works great. It was able to handle both USB ports being used (by an iPod Touch and a regular touchscreen cell phone) and have a power strip plugged into it with a laptop plugged in to the power strip. I give this product two thumbs up, and will definitely buy from this company again.

This holder failed when my bike was jolted by a half-inch change in pavement height crossing a bridge. Fortunately, my phone was not damaged but could easily have been totaled. The arms provide limited support and the bungee cord is too loose and lightweight. Also the support arms are fragile. One of mine twisted; I tried to contact the manufacturer Arkon via their website customer support email form to get a replacement. Four days later I am still waiting for a reply. I was excited to get the holder for my iphone4 so that I could use the apps available for tracking my ride data. My excitement soon turned as my wifes phone fell out of the holder on the first ride. Mine worked fine until the third ride and I happened to look down in time to see the holder was sliding up. I caught my phone as it began to fall. My confidence was shaken at that point and so I kept a close eye on it after that. On the next ride the bungee strap popped off as I rode down the rode and at that point, I stopped riding, put my phone in my pocket, and took the holder off my bike when I returned home. I can't watch a $200 phone drop to the ground without changing something.

This is a good quality transmitter. It's easy to use, and has a wide range for transmitting (88-107). I have tried different transmitters (generic, maxell & belkin) brands in the past and though this one captures interference occasionally, it still is a good option. Compared to other i have owned, this one has more power and delivers a great sound. The device may seem big since it's as wide as an iPhone 4 and a bit thick but i believe this allows having a better control. The transmitter is easy to use, can be charged via mini USB (cable included) and has a gold plated connector.

Pros

Battery life, w/fast charge.

Excellent power & sound.

Good transmission range.

Fits perfectly through skins an silicon phone jackets.

Easy to use.

Cons

It does insert noise in the background but is only noticeable when volume too low.

It captures interference easier than other brands I've used but you will eventually find a station to tune into where this issue will disappear.

Review of Titan 24V Cordless Impact Wrench

I've used this tool only a handful of times until it started to fail. The first sign was a lack of power unrelated to the batteries. My lug nuts became loose shortly after I started to drive, with the wheel wobbling. The internal gears inside the motor finally gave out upon a second use. The company answered my first email a week after I sent it, and said that they will mail a replacement part. The part which came in the mail over a month later was not what I needed. They have failed to respond to emails & voicemails since then. Nobody ever answers the phone at customer service, so you have to request the parts department to get a live person. Even then, they only answer the phone 50% of the time. They promised to send the correct part, but as of this writing (2 month later) have not mailed the correct part or responded to numerous emails & voicemails. The bottom line is to deal with a company which has many cordless power tools, and better customer service. The tool would be more reliable if they didn't put gears inside the motor. Their non power hand tools seem to be fine.

I wanted to post an update. After making constant calls to their company with no results, I received the wrong part a second time. I had an idea. I called, and requested to speak to the shipping department instead of the parts department or customer service. The person who answered the call wasn't the original shipping clerk who sent the wrong part two times, but agreed to listen to my story. He promised to contact the person in charge, and get back to me. I told him that I needed a motor, but he needed authorization before he could ship any part out. He called me back a few minutes later, and said that his boss authorized an entirely new tool to be shipped! I was surprised, thanked him, and felt like I'll believe it when I see it. A week later the tool arrived with one battery (not two), a charger which had a bent electrical contact so it wasn't working, carry case, and an impact gun. It shows that the lowest man in the company could be the most important person that you speak to. I hope that they give him a promotion to either the parts department or customer service. He did more for me in five minutes than anybody else in the company in over two months.

I bought one of these impact wrenches about 4 years ago locally. It has unmatched torque, and battery life. Have used for changing tires on chisel plows and other farm equipment. Also have used it on bolts as large as 7/8". I just bought another one because mine finally cracked after cultivator frame fell of a stand and crushed it, but it still worked for about 3 days afterwards before it completely gave up. My overall review isI liked it enough to buy a second one.

When I initially saw this product on Amazon, I was thrilled. I wanted it for use with my 60gb Zen Vision W. I thought this would be an alternative to purchasing the extra battery. When I received this so called Emergency Battery Extender, I immediately tried it out. What a disappointment. When initially plugged in to my Zen, the battery (recharge) indicater appears as if the battery is really charging but then the battery indicator disappears. In a nutshell, this product doesn't do what it claims to do. The only thing that will get charged up is YOU. I was going to return it, BUT decided it wasn't worth the shipping and handling..BE WARNED!! The manufacturer ought to be ashamed!!!!

On the surface this appears to be a great product. The reality is that it doesn't work. When this charger / tip setup is plugged into the Zen, the battery light changes to indicate the unit is plugged in and the battery icon will remain at 100% until the Zen battery dies and at that point you will be out of juice. This item does not do anything except make it appear as though your Zen is being charged but it doesn't actually charge it nor does it enable you to use your Zen when the internal battery is low or discharged.

To address the obvious:

Yes the Gomadic was turned on

Yes it was plugged in correctly

Yes the Gomadic had fresh batteries

BTW it does the exact same thing for a Dell Axim 50v. It appears to charge but doesn't do anything.
