I was interested in both of these impacts individually, it just so happens that it was less expensive to buy them in this kit than individually. The light was just an added benefit. The 3/8" impact is the one I use more frequently. This impact is relatively compact yet it has a very rapid hammer action that sounds similar to a hammer drill. It also has an LED light that is helpful to ensuring that you are on the fastener. I use it to remove medium grade fasteners but I wouldn't recommend installing them with it due to it's strength. It is strong and fast enough that I can quickly run down lugnuts on a passenger car before using a torque wrench to finish tightening them. The 1/2" impact is very strong and hammers much slower than the smaller impact but has no problems removing most fasteners on an average sized vehicle. It is a little nose heavy due to its sturdy hammer mechanism but it is not unbearable. I am also very pleased with the battery run time and the convenience of the "charge meter" on each battery. Something to be aware of with the charger is that it appears to be designed to be mounted vertically. It will charge in the horizontal position but at times I found mine having a difficult time getting a solid connection to get a charge. The light is probably the only thing I would want to improve on in this kit. It uses a bulb and is reasonably bright but the light that is put out leaves a dark spot in the center of the lit area that is a little annoying at times. It uses the battery quicker than the other two tools and is noticeably dimmer than my M12 LED light which I would highly recommend.

I ordered this because I got a new cell phone and needed a car charger, but didn't want the curly cord taking up a bunch of space. This retractable one works perfectly! The only part that is weird is when I plug it in my phone asks what kind of memory I want to use? Almost like my phone thinks it is being plugged into a computer. It still charges just fine, so I don't really care about that.

I wanted to add something else now that I've had the charger for a few months. The cords seems to be just a tad bit short if you plan on making a call in your car while the phone is plugged in. I know this depends on the car and the height of the person using it, but for me, I have to lean over quite a bit to even make a call. It is a minor detail but can be awkward.

We needed a car charger to fit our Sony Ericsson cell phone. This quick charger gets the job done and is an excellent value at this price. It never over charges the battery and charges quickly.

Took one star off because the little plastic connector pieces are flimsy and could break off if you're not careful. Though, it's really a design flaw of the phones. Overall, this is a great deal.

I wear hearing aids. The batteries usually last me ten days from the time I pull the sticker off till I get the beeps that tell me it's time to replace them. Now instead of throwing them away I put them both in the two chargers I bought and leave them under a light in the kitchen that stays on all of the time anyway so I'm not using any more electricity than normal and next morning I put them back in and use them for a few more days. (Some of you will want to know the exact number, sorry different brands hold the new charge for different lengths of time. Also, it can vary even with the same battery manufacturer.) I can repeat this process three and sometimes four times before the Zinc/Air battery will no longer take or hold a charge. But this more than doubles my battery life. I can say that before I got these chargers I had roughly a $120 per year battery "habit". Now its more like $40. More than pays the cost of both chargers in the first year. I plan to get a pair of those Power One rechargeable batteries and see how long I can make them last using these chargers. At least I won't have to lay out the $180 for their charger.

Although hearing aid batteries have a very short life (less than a week) and an inexpensive recharger is sorely needed, this one is absolutely not up to the task. It's a quite small, flimsy, cardboard item consisting of an alligator clip, a hook, a tiny red light and something that allegedly is a solar panel.

For me, the red charging light went on only under the brightest of sun light. Even after a few days recharging, the battery gave a charge of maybe three hours -hardly worth the cost of $20 plus almost $6 in shipping and handling. And then the cost and bother of returning it.

Unfortunately, I had high expectations of keeping my battery costs down, so I was throughly disappointed with this mickey mouse item.

I purchased the solar panel to charge the batteries on my travel trailer. The plastic connector box on the back of the unit was debonded when I received the unit. The vender gave me a choice of returning it or gluing it back on myself for a partial refund (twice the shipping cost). I purchased some silicone adhesive and successfully glued it back on. The HQRP 10 amp controller was also purchased. Special MC4 connectors are required to connect to the panel. I purchased a 30 ft MC4 extension cable from another vender which I cut in half. This provided enough wire to connect from the trailer roof to the controller and then to the battery. The controller would not accept the Number 10 wire, so I had to break off three strands to make it fit into the connector. I also purchased 4 brackets to mount the panel to the trailer roof. The unit was sufficient to make my trailer batteries last for a week while camping at Lake Tahoe. The controller showed charging current as soon as it was light in the morning until dark.

I'm impressed with the frame, tempered glass, and sealed electronics of this panel. Furthermore, I am pleasantly surprised with the performance of this panel in not-so-bright light conditions. Very solid design, and I found that the output was not terribly sensitive to being installed at sub-optimum angles relative to the sun. I'll be adding more of this exact product to an array, over the next year or two. Advice: Plan ahead and get a larger-than-you-need Charge Controller, so that you have the option of adding more panels later on. Note: The shipper requries In-Person signatures for delivery, and I ended up having to take a day off of work to be able to be home for the delivery. FedEx was (understandably so) *very* strict about enforcing the shipper's policy, in this regard.

I was hesitant to purchase this item at first given that some of the reviews look fake (a person with the same name published the same review on 30 websites selling this product). However, it arrived in good condition and worked right away. It's been working well for 4 months already.

One negative point though, the connector is not really common and costs quite a bit to purchase. I had to buy a $25 MC4 connector on a different web site.

I purchased this solar panel in the spring. After 6 months of use on my sailboat it is still putting out good power and shows no signs of corrosion.

I have a link 2000 battery monitor and it shows over 3 amps of charge when the sun is high. It starts charging soon as any light is on it. 1 amp on a cloudy day.

The aluminum frame makes it easy to mount on a bracket or fabricate your own(thats what I did).

It keeps my boat batteries topped off and thats what I purchased it for.

I have a 2000 watt Hifonics amp cea certified at 2000 watts so I actually have 2000 running through my subs and this battery fit perfectly under my hood but then moved it in the trunk as a second battery. I've never heard such a big difference in clarity and loudness because of a single item, this battery is small and packs a punch. Don't ever buy a capacitor for over 500 watts just buy a Kinetik battery and you'll be hooked for life. I upgraded this battery just a few months after purchase for the 1800 more suited for my system.

This battery lasts forever! The specs alone look very good compared to the optima batteries. It's got the same versatility as the optima batteries whether you want to lay it on the side or straight up. For the size, they should be able to output a little more CCA but if you're using it for an audio system or a lowrider this type of battery would work great. If you have a lot of space in the trunk, there are a few other options if you want to go bigger. I think they look great for your show car too! The charger works perfectly, however many other chargers list that they ensure the battery doesn't over/under charge and are protected from surges. This one makes no claims on this, so I would be wary of leaving your phone charged without supervision.

****Update: The charger stopped working within a few weeks. Here's the deal you cannot stress the cord at ALL. If you can set your phone in a secure location in the car with no stress on the cord or connection this will work great. If you try to use the phone while plugged in or it bumps around it will stop working very quickly. The wires inside are the width of human hair.

The problem with this is that the fuse fell out of the charger when I unplugged it and fell on the floor. I tried to use the charger in another vehicle and it did not work. Although the description does not state the adapter fits the LeapPad, I read a reviewer question whether it might. The answer to the question from another reviewer was yes, it did indeed fit the LeapPad. I am not sure if there is a totally different size adapter opening on the LeapPad 2 versus the original LeapPad, but this adapter most definitely does not fit in the LeapPad 2, it is too big. Obviously reading a review and basing my decision to purchase isn't the sellers fault, but I still rated it with 1 star simply because the product does not work for us. So I will be returning the adapter and buying a most likely more expensive adapter that definitely fits the LeapPad 2. I wanted to write this review so that someone else won't read the previous review stating this adapter will work for the LeapPad and be in my same situation. At least this was ordered well in advance of our road trip, so that there is plenty of time to purchase the right adapter!

These chargers work pretty good. I don't use the car one much, but the home charger works, but it's slower than the original charger. And sometimes it gets stuck at 90%. But, for the price you can't go wrong.
